Over five sessions together, we'll slow down, get honest, and start laying the foundation — the self-trust, the clarity, the groundedness — that everything else gets to grow from.

The Reclaim

This is the deep work.

The Reclaim is a three-month 1:1 partnership for the woman who is done circling the same patterns and ready to do something about it. Ready to stop abandoning herself in relationships, to quiet the self-doubt that has followed her everywhere, and to finally build a life that actually feels like hers.

Every week we meet for 60 minutes — real, unhurried space that is entirely yours. Between sessions, you have expansive voice note and/or message support so that when something surfaces, when something shifts, when you need somewhere to land, you're held.

Woven through the three months is your Fleurish workbook — a companion for the journey, somewhere to track your reflections, your breakthroughs, and the quiet but significant ways you are changing.

And at the end, we close with intention. A dedicated session to honor how far you've come, integrate what has shifted, and step forward as the woman you've been becoming.

This is not about fixing yourself. You were never broken. This is about coming home to who you always were — and choosing her, fully, finally.
